  1. Two copies of recent colour passport size photos, to bring with you. The photo attached above is for the online record.
  2. Attested photo copies of SSC, HSC or Equivalent mark sheet & certificate. (Original Copies to be submitted at the time of admission)
  3. Photocopy of National ID card/Birth certificate.
  4. Admission Form Money Receipt.

N.B. 1. Incomplete admission form will not be accepted.

2. Admission will be cancelled if any wrong or false information is detected before or after admission.
